Pengaruh Usia dan Jenis Kelamin terhadap Persepsi Kekuasaan Relatif dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Kredit Berkelompok di Perbankan Indonesia

Pengambilan keputusan berkelompok dalam proses evaluasi pemberian kredit perbankan sering dianggap dapat mengurangi kesalahan dan memitigasi bias individu. Di sisi lain, dominasi oleh anggota tertentu dapat menimbulkan tantangan dalam dinamika pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara variabel usia dan jenis kelamin dengan persepsi kekuasaan relatif dalam pengambilan keputusan kredit secara berpasangan. Kajian difokuskan pada konteks budaya dan sosial di Indonesia, yang memiliki norma kuat yang mempengaruhi interaksi sosial dan pengambilan keputusan. Melalui sintesis literatur terkait pengaruh usia, jenis kelamin, dan konteks relasional dalam pengambilan keputusan kelompok, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa konteks relasional cenderung memberikan pengaruh lebih signifikan dibandingkan usia dan jenis kelamin dalam menentukan dinamika kekuasaan antar pemutus kredit. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini menyarankan manajemen bank untuk mempertimbangkan interaksi sosial dan relasi sebelumnya antar anggota tim ketika membentuk kelompok pengambil keputusan kredit, agar tercipta kolaborasi yang efektif dan keputusan yang lebih objektif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi lembaga perbankan dalam memilih anggota tim yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan kredit secara kolektif.
