Pengaruh Gaya Manajemen Konflik Thomas–Kilmann terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Hakuikopi Group

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya manajemen konflik Thomas–Kilmann terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hakuikopi Group. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang. Seluruh karyawan dilibatkan sebagai responden melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis melalui regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penelitian telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Secara parsial, gaya kompetisi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sementara itu, gaya kolaborasi, kompromi, menghindar, dan penyesuaian tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Pengujian secara simultan juga menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan gaya manajemen konflik belum mampu menjelaskan kepuasan kerja secara signifikan dan daya jelas model masih terbatas. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa ketegasan dan kecepatan pengambilan keputusan dapat mendukung kepuasan kerja dalam situasi operasional tertentu. Namun, gaya kompetisi tidak boleh diterjemahkan sebagai pembenaran terhadap dominasi, intimidasi, atau konflik agresif. Manajemen disarankan menerapkan penyelesaian konflik secara situasional dengan mempertimbangkan urgensi masalah, kualitas hubungan kerja, dan kebutuhan koordinasi tim. Evaluasi kepuasan kerja juga perlu diperluas pada aspek kepemimpinan, beban kerja, keadilan, penghargaan, pengembangan karyawan, dan dukungan organisasi. Temuan penelitian perlu ditafsirkan secara hati-hati karena cakupan penelitian terbatas pada satu organisasi, jumlah responden relatif kecil.
