Integritas yang Terkorbankan : Kajian Etika Profesi IT dan Kegagalan Tanggung Jawab Sosial dalam Kasus “Facebook Papers”

Penelitian ini membahas isu etika profesi dalam bidang Teknologi Informasi (TI) dengan fokus padaa kasus Facebook Papers yang mengungkap praktik internal perusahaan yang mengorbankan integritas demi keuntungan dan pertumbuhan. Melalui kajian literatur dan analisis dokumen, penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana kegagalan tanggung jawab sosial dan profesionalisme dalam pengelolaan data pengguna menimbulkan dampak etis, sosial, serta kepercayaan publik terhadap platform digital. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa lemahnya penerapan prinsip etika profesi TI seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian sosial menjadi faktor utama dalam terjadinya pelanggaran etika tersebut. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kode etik dan tanggung jawab sosial di lingkungan kerja TI untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan kekuasaan digital di masa mendatang.
