Pola Komunikasi Keluarga (FCP), yang terdiri dari orientasi percakapan (Conversation Orientation) dan orientasi kesesuaian (Conformity Orientation), merupakan kerangka kognitif dan relasional yang fundamental dalam membentuk kesejahteraan anggota keluarga. Kajian literatur sistematis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedua orientasi tersebut terhadap hasil perilaku dan psikososial, serta mengeksplorasi mekanisme mediasi dan faktor kontekstual yang memoderasi hubungan-hubungan tersebut. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa orientasi percakapan secara konsisten dikaitkan dengan hasil positif seperti kebiasaan makan sehat, resiliensi, kematangan karier, dan kebahagiaan. Sebaliknya, orientasi kesesuaian cenderung terkait dengan hasil yang kurang diinginkan. Hubungan ini dimediasi oleh mekanisme psikososial seperti efikasi komunikasi, norma yang dipersepsikan, dan persepsi dukungan. Lebih lanjut, konteks krisis dan latar belakang budaya—terutama nilai-nilai kolektivis—terbukti secara signifikan memoderasi kekuatan dan arah pengaruh FCP. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa FCP adalah fenomena yang kompleks dan terikat konteks, sehingga memerlukan penelitian lanjutan yang lebih luas secara kultural dan lebih mendalam terkait dinamika gender serta tahap kehidupan.
