Perancangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penggajian Harian Lepas Menggunakan Metode SAW

Sistem penggajian manual pada perusahaan berisiko menimbulkan kesalahan dan tidak efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) untuk menghitung gaji karyawan harian lepas di PT Kharisma Interplast Pratama. Metodologi meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Sistem dibangun menggunakan pendekatan berbasis web dengan fitur input data karyawan, absensi, perhitungan gaji otomatis, serta pencetakan laporan dan slip gaji. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan sistem mampu meningkatkan akurasi, efisiensi, dan transparansi penggajian dibandingkan metode manual. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat mendukung proses manajemen SDM yang lebih modern dan efektif.
